Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges are Simple and Easy!

Products that are UNWORN may be returned in their ORIGINAL packaging for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

Products returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value within 30 days of receipt.
If a product has been WORN it can only be exchanged. If worn, products must be laundered prior to return. *See Full Details Below ↓

**EXCEPTIONS:

  • Anti-Embolism Stockings May Not Be Returned. They may be exchanged if un-opened.
  • Second Skin Stockings May Not Be Returned. They may be exchanged if un-opened.

HOW DO YOU REQUEST A RETURN?
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, simply e-mail our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your NAME and ORDER ID. Please provide your reason for the return and your requested course of action. Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Note your RMA# on the outside and inside of your package and return it to the address provided to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

WHERE DO YOU SEND YOUR RETURN?
A return address will be provided to you by email after requesting an exchange. If you have not received a return authorization within a sufficient time, please call customer service.

PLEASE NOTE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE INSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.

  • Freight charges on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. However, freight will not be charged for the replacement of a defective product.
  • Freight charges from the original order will not be refunded.
  • If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned and the value of the remainder of the order no longer qualifies for shipping, the following shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
    • 1-2 pair - $6.95
    • 3-4 pair - $7.95
    • 4 & Above - $9.95
  • Any coupons and/or discounts will not be honored on exchanges unless it was our error.
  • Refunds on orders paid for via Paypal, will be processed as store credit for future use.
  • CANCELLATIONS - Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. It can only be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • Any exchanges or returns must arrive to us within 15 days of the RA# being sent.
  • All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Any PAYPAL orders that are CANCELLED will be responsible for PayPal transaction fees.

Replacements
If you feel that your support stockings are defective or have worn down before their prime, contact one of our representatives to discuss the possibility of returning them. In some cases MaternitySockShop can replace the circulation stockings up to 90 days from the original receipt. This usually depends on the manufacturer, though. Please keep in mind that manufacturer warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, runs improper care, and when it can be proven that donning instructions have not been followed properly.

Refused Delivery
Purchases refused at the time of delivery will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
Return Policy is not negotiable and was agreed upon at the time of purchase as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
